The hosts were so, so kind. A really lovely couple who were generous with their time and help. Their sons were also available on the phone to help translate anything if needed. The food was also lovely and the setting is beautiful. A great place for hiking or exploring the wonderful local scenery. Bed and facilities were as described and all very comfortable. Great value overall

Awesome place, location, location, location!! Free car park, amazing brekky included and the most helpful and friendly staff that we've ever come across in a hotel. Young guy at reception, very casual and laid back but came down two flights of stairs to the car park and carried both our suitcases up to the room, he insisted and they weren't exactly light, biggest smile on his face. Gave us some good lunch tips and where to go for sightseeing, gave us a copy of the google map and had drawn a route. Good value for money and room was immaculate, clean bed, clean bathroom, shower, you name it. Would come to Prizren just to stay here!! Oh and they make some of the best cappuccinos that we've ever had anywhere in the world!!

We had a wonderful stay in Prizren! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The host was extremely kind and helpful, which made our visit even better. We were there as a couple and i would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious and the location quite good.
