How the staff treats us above everything else. They are the most wholesome and willing to help always! The rooms are amazing too

The hotel is just 15 km from Andorra La Vella, and there is free on-site parking. The Ordino-Arcalís ski station is just over 4 km away. Everything was great. It was a gastronomic show during the dinner. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. Impressive location.

The hotel is immaculately clean, combining cozy charm with modern design for a luxurious and comfortable experience. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered, and the bed was incredibly comfy – we slept like babies! We loved waking up to the beautiful view, and the location couldn't be better. There are fantastic restaurants just downstairs and a vibrant shopping street only a 2-minute walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi bookings and recommending great local spots to eat. One of the best parts? The room was completely soundproof – we didn’t hear a single noise from outside or within the hotel.

This recently renovated apartment is located 17 km from Meritxell sanctuary and 3.1 km from Golf Vall d'Ordino. The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and organising tours for guests. It's very cozy, comfortable and fully furnished apartment close to Ordino Arcalís ski resort. Inside you can find all what you just can imagine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TV's, even the iron! All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees. Take a look, if you have electro car, they have charger for it in garage!

They go that extra mile for you to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Situated 30 km from Naturland, El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Spacious, very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped to make family meals. Car parking easy and secure. A short walk across the road to the lift. No need to tangle with the very busy car park. Spa area is fab and very welcome after a long day skiing, all spotless too and never busy. Laundry area on 4th floor really helpful as are heated ski lockers opposite apartments. Overall very well equipped. Sound proofing between apartments great, never heard anyone else, same cannot be said for the road, see below. El Tarter much quieter overall than Soldeu where the rest of our group stayed. If you have an injured person with you (we had a lame daughter with a rugby injury): the Caldea Spa in La Vella is really worth a half day or two, just book in advance. Tweens and teens will love the shopping in La Vella too.
