Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. Apart from its wonderful views, the hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. Juliana, the receptionist, was very helpful (and graceful!). She answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was exceptional and diverse. We loved everything.

I hope to bring my tenis equipment to play next time :)
