The hostel is super close to the dock and located in the center, making it easy to access everywhere, such as the mercado, restaurants, cafes, and many stores. Andrea was also helpful and gave me some travel tips for Guatemala as she speaks English! I was very happy to find this hostel in San Juan and would stay again next time :)

Everyday we had a new menu for breakfast. The bed and pillow were comfy to sleep on. Good wifi. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

The location is amazing, in a small town that sees very little tourism, at the foot of Attilan volcano and right on the lake. The grounds are gorgeous, with a lovely pool and fantastic organic garden and plenty of hammocks. The restaurant is fabulous, we loved everything we ate, from the well served breakfasts to tasty and fresh salads, soups and fish, with almost everything sourced in their own organic garden. The staff are all kind and helpful and very well trained (the waiters also double as guides for the hikes which is nice). There seems to be real pride in working here.
