It was extremly cosy and had a very good vibe. The venue itself feels as if you're staying in a luxury hotel. Everything you need is provided and it had one of the best, if not the best, breakfasts we've had during our stay in Japan. No need to go to a bar to drink something, the guestlounge upstairs or downstairs has the perfect atmosphere! Also the only place we stayed that provided us with a premade breakfast plate (healthy food) because we has to leave earlier than normal breakfast time. I highly recommend staying here!

Our view of the scramble and Tokyo in general was extraordinary, we would just stare outside for minutes on end. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helped with our every need. The breakfast buffet is good, though a bit limited. Even though the area of the hotel is a bustling neighborhood, we never heard any noise from the outside. The beds were extremely comfortable, so nice to come to after a busy day of walking. The room is big enough compared to Tokyo standards, we had no issue being two people.

The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from JR Shiomi Station, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and more spacious than I expected for a Tokyo hotel. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the coffee machine and bidet, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Ensemble, and the manga library was a unique and fun bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure!
