The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

The road (if you take the 2nd road coming from then north - don’t take the 1st exit as recommended by google maps) is absolutely okay - yes it’s one lane and you need to drive back a bit if you meet another car
