To make our stay even more magical, we were greeted by snowfall on the night of our arrival, adding a special charm to our trip. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Boris, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and personal touch in assisting us were truly commendable. On the night we arrived, it was quite late, and the in-house restaurant was closed. Unsure of where to find a nearby restaurant, we reached out to him, and he not only helped us order food but also personally delivered it to our room. The next morning, he ensured that our breakfast was well arranged, showing great attention to detail and care. His dedication to guest satisfaction goes far beyond professional duty, reflecting a genuine passion for hospitality. It is rare to find such exceptional service, and we are truly grateful for his efforts. Overall, All Seasons Residence Apartment provided us with a memorable and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zlatibor. We would definitely love to return!

Benefiting from a convenient location in the heart of the tourist resort Zlatibor close to all major attractions, the tastefully decorated Hotel Mona offers well-appointed, bright accommodation. The hotel features a free to use indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. We liked everything about this hotel. But especially the very competent staff, very helpful in booking activities for us out side of the hotel, like the Sargan eight ride and the Uvac river cruise. Very welcoming and accomodating.

The photos are an accurate indication of this accommodation, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The owner has really thought about the details in the accommodation, providing luxury necessities such as hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner, slippers, extra blankets, pillows, coffee machine, tea, cooking appliances and he was generally just a friendly nice guy. I would definitely return and recommend this accommodation 👌

Personal went above and beyond on check in, prepared apartment, heated it and put extra towels. Breakfast was very various, big choices, everything fresh delicious. Nice light restaurant and good furnished. Parking underground. Nice staff in restaurant. Everybody welcoming and friendly. Thank everyone who make this place so good. The wellness and spa facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. I accidentally left a tiny earring in the room, and the team was able to find it - really appreciate their care. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Vila Borova to anyone visiting Zlatibor.
