The apartment is beautiful and it has everything you need including AC and washing machine. I was even surprised when I saw it, because in reality it looks even better than on the pictures. Also Wi-Fi is very good, I worked remotely a couple of days and I had no problem with zoom-calls at all. The location is perfect, it takes you just 6-7 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Restaurants, supermarkets, take-aways, bus-stop are also very close, just a couple of minutes of walk to everything. And the best thing is a very friendly and hospital host Ted. He was always in contact with all his guests, helped me to arrange a transfer from the airport, welcomed me with fruits and avocado plate in the apartment and even treated me and other guests with coconuts. He was also very carrying and always asked if everything’s good. Thank you very much Ted for your hospitality and generosity! I had a marvelous time staying in your apartment!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I already recommended it to my friends!:))

The staff is very kind and even gave us a few settling in essentials including eggs, bread, butter, etc. They also recommended amazing places to visit. Casa Gem has perfect air conditioning, perfect water pressure and it is very clean. We really loved it and would 100% recommend.

Our host Roland is an amazing person and very outgoing as well. He was very keen on making our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Would definitely come back if I ever visit the island again.

There is also a great takeaway just in front of it. Note that the beach is not great for swimming during this part of the year (a lot of seaweed), but still great for watching sunset, having a drink or launch/dinner. Still the hotel was close to Anse Royale, a beach within 7mns of bus ride, which was great for swimming. The host (Yannick) was very friendly and helpful during all the stay; from a very early checkin to giving a ride to the ferry on a rainy day, he definitely went above and beyond.
