The rooms that we booked (family suite, and king suite) were incredibly clean, modern and well decorated. Both were very spacious and comfortably housed our party of 7 between the two rooms. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind in making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While we were only here for one night, the suites are well set up for a longer stay. Would highly recommend!

Everything was spotless, even in the corners and all up the stairs. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. All 3 rooms were occupied by family members so we had the place to ourselves. Just a very nice place to stay if you are in the Falls. It was $11.50 for 4 of us to grab an Uber to the ferris wheel / go karts on Clifton hill. Cheaper than parking. Owners were very attentive through email and kept us informed. Much appreciated. Nice large kitchen which is packed with all the dishes and appliances you would ever need !

It is located in a charming, well preserved building that makes you feel that you went back in time. Everything you need is just in a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious as well. Lin & Jin are the great hosts. I really could not ask for more. Definitely recommend to stay here.

She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

It is very near to wego bus stop that takes you to table rock center in 10 minutes and near to Niagara falls bus terminal as well. The hosts are very accommodating, humble and helpful. They let us leave our bags until late around 10.30pm as we had our bus late in night. We will definitely visit the place again.
