Earth or Mars? Upon arrival in the panoramic tents you are captured by the sheer beauty of the red sand majestic mountains. During check in Ahmed was very accommodating and welcoming, I was there early due to my flight and I relaxed in the Shisha Cafe, however they quickly arrange an early check in. The tent was amazingly warm and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The staff around the camp was friendly and helpful Sultan who took us for stargazing and jeep tour was a great guide. This is most certainly a bucket list location!

I have pretty big history of staying in hotels but this one the best so far. Best quality-price ratio. The customer service is great. Every question and request was fulfilled without hesitation. The room was clean, the stuff was friendly, the views are amazing. Can only recommend.

I like this place very much. Capsule is very comfortable and clean. The dinner was amazing and cocked in some special way. Breakfast was also great, considering that we were in the heart of the desert. Jeep tour is very interesting . The staff is very friendly and try to do everything for comfort. The atmosphere there is great!

A perfect, personalised experience that is one of the best stays I've ever had- if you are looking for the Wadi Rum experience, this is it, of all of the camps I'm glad I found this gem! The communication, service, help and accommodation were amazing. You feel like you are on another planet away from other pods with all the amenities you could want, and it's truly a hidden gem in the quieter, more expansive view of northern Wadi Rum- there are only four pods which adds to the feeling of being isolated in a quiet, brilliant landscape. The room was incredible - panoramic views, warm showers, comfy beds and heating/AC, as well as an overall commitment to quality and service befitting a much more luxury experience were available- you really don't want more here for an authentic experience. Food was great - with a BBQ grill on our last day being a highlight. Due to a lack of light pollution (unlike the more central Wadi Rum area), starlight was perfect and you could easily watch the night sky at night from your room or outside, with no trace of anyone else around magnifying the experience. Tours were available and Eid and his cousin were very helpful throughout who led them and made the experience seamless- we did a 8 hour tour of south and north Wadi Rum and our preferences were accommodated, enjoying walks and exploring arches, ruins and the beautiful desert, as well as getting to see the sunrise and sunset. The food was great and they accommodated our arrival/departure with a pickup and drop off service. I can't recommend this place enough - you feel looked after and welcome, able to chill out and enjoy the stars or enjoy the company of the hosts. Eid runs this site with a very specific focus on personal needs within reason to make sure you make the most of the experience- for any traveller this is perfect!

We started the day with Awad serving us a delicious black tea as a welcoming gesture. Then we headed to the full day jeep tour. Definitely worth it. The history behind every place we visited along with the explanation given by Awad provided us the most beautiful moments of our trip. At lunch time we collected wood sticks to light a fire in order to cook a meal, to then eating it in the middle of desert while contemplating the true nature and life in the desert. In the afternoon we continued our tour visiting more historical places, along with other groups, what lead us to the most overwhelming sunset over the mountains. At night time, we went to the camp where the chef cooked us a delicious traditional meal in the coziest tent of all time. After dinner, they lighted a fire while drinking Bedouin coffee and tea and sharing histories with one another. As if it wasn't good enough, at 4am we could watch the night sky full of stars, planets and even a glimpse of the Milky Way, as the moon light fades as it sets in the horizon. Not forgetting about the shooting stars we got lucky to see. Long story short: thank you Awad and all the friends for, within a full day, giving us the most memorable experience of our lives, one I heartfully recommend and plan on repeating.

We had the most amazing time in the Wadi Rum desert thanks to Achmed and his family. The communication through booking went very smoothly. We really enjoyed our sunset safari by 4×4 jeep, but we most certainly will never forget the Bedouin stories he shared during the campfire. Very accessable and authentic experience in a familiar atmosphere. We felt very welcome!

the whole experience is great, we've arrived at Wadi Rum village and send a whatsapp to the hotel that we arrived, but wanted to do a desert tour by jeep before going to the hotel. Via text they offered us a few tours they could accommodate for us. They came to pick us up by jeep and took the time to answer some questions and we decided to take the sunset tour. The driver brought us to the hotel to drop off our bags and took us on a geat five hour tour around the desert. After sunset they setup a fire in the desert to make us some tea and took us back to the hotel. Here we've had a really nice dinner buffet. the rooms (tents) were spacious and clean, the beds were great and there was even free wifi in the rooms. In the morning we've had a breakfast buffet with an incredible view over the desert and were driven back to our car on the time we've requested. You will not regret staying here!

It was a lovely experience to be there. Ali and his father are very friendly people and they reply your messages so quick. They meet you and take you to the dessert with their car. The room was clean and enough big.

I can't say enough good things about the camp - and about Raami and his team. The service, food and accomodation were exceptional. We stayed in the luxurious tents and not the bubbles, but did see inside the latter and they seemed excellent too. The camp is far enough from Wadi Rum village that you really feel that you're in the desert. Driving past some of the other camps on the way there made me glad that we were further out and remote. I'm very happy to have travelled there and would love to return.
