Bed was very comfortable and it was very warm. I was not freezing one single second. Really loved the stay and it would have been nice to be there longer.

There is also a seating area and a fireplace. It’s super cozy. You have all the amenities you will need. Enough warming equipment to keep the place warm. Kitchen amenities with dishwasher and microwave are so convenient. Hot tub was amazing! The bbq grill is a plus but mot able to use it due to weather. The property management were very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Love that it’s isolated but few minutes drive to Selfoss. In spite of the stormy weather during our stay, we were given a window time to see the most beautiful Aurora Borealis display we have seen so far in Iceland. We also got a special Christmas present from the property… a big chocolate Christmas tree with treats inside (see photo)!!! Thank you so much!
