Nice modern appartment with all equipment and good clean airco. Also a balcony available with mosquito net. It was nice to be able to use the bikes (also available foe children). The swimmingpool was perfect!

Great place with stunning view on the Grado lagoon. The terrace with swimming pool and sunbeds it’s a must during sunsets. Have enjoyed also the wine and finger food served at their bar. Cozy rooms and pretty good breakfast, super kind service. Looking forward to go back!

Great and spacious apartment. All necessary amenities. Very nice sunset view from the rooftop - to bad it hasn’t been made into a real terrace with furniture. Very nice host Matteo was there to meet us with the key. The apartment is a bit far from the city - about a 4 km walk with a VERY steep part of the route. There is a bus stop about 10 minutes away at the bottom of the steep part of the road, so a car is advisable

Very clean and well laid out with lots of open space. Terrific pool and sun beds and room was excellent.

Rooms have been big and modern furnished. The beds very comfortable, there was AC and even mosquito nets which is a plus. The bathroom was very nice and big. Breakfast was very good and fresh (delivered to a table in the Inn bar/restaurant) - cold cuts, cheese, fresh bread, juice, coffee and tea.

Very nice hotel right next to lots of traditional Trieste restaurants. Room was nice, split system air con, bed was comfortable. The main reason I loved this hotel was for the breakfast that changed every day. with your standard bacon & eggs, lots of different cakes, deserts and hot food.

The location was fantastic. All facilities in apartment was good enough to stay for 3 days. Please try to enjoy the rooftop. It is cozy and lovely for evening sunset.

Everything about this place appealed to us. A bit off the beaten track but very accessible for shopping. The property is delightful, comfy bed, hot shower and spacious. Alessandro and his wife were very kind and helpful giving us a map and directions to find authentic cuisine and a second hand warehouse selling furniture and all things Italian. Breakfast was delicious and made to order by Alessandro. We enjoyed our coffee beside a wood fire. Just perfect! We will certainly be back.

We have already stayed here three times for an overnight stay. It's a best prove that we have 100% satisfied with the property, place, stuff, coffee, wine, beer and sunsets:)) Love you!
