A wonderful place with a spectacular view! Not only from the pool or terrace but also from the inside. We spent 10 days at Podere Mantignano and never got tired of watching the sunsets and the twinkling lights in the evenings or the various formations of clouds over the landscape during daytime. The apartment is well equipped and not only beautifully designed but also comfy. We highly recommend to escape from real life for several days at Podere Mantignano. Only challenge: To climb up the home mountain’s slightly adventurous road.

The staff were really helpful. Property has very good facilities including private parking. It was really quite when we visited bit mainly because its a summer residence but still recommend it. Only a 10min drive to centre and a few minutes to marina di Ravenna. Very good spot to visit places like San Leo, San Marino, Bologna, Ferrara approx 1hr to 1.15hrs. Ravenna Safari e Mirabilandia a 20min drive.

We loved the peaceful rural location. It was surrounded by agricultural land and canals with birds and wildlife. We saw herons, egrets and a nutria swimming in the drainage canal. Our hosts were very kind and friendly but not at all intrusive. We felt relaxed and at home in the property.

My room was spacious, light and had a nice balcony, which was great to sit out on and enjoy the sunsets. The location was great - 4 minutes to the train station, and as Ravenna is quite small I could walk everywhere within 15 minutes. Lucla was a great host, she was funny and warm, made me coffee in the morning and helped with my laundry. She also let me pet the dogs so long as it didn’t bother other guests - they’re the cutest dogs! Many thanks Lucla, I hope to see you again!

Very friendly staff, a family business that makes you feel at home; excellent breakfast served in a nice and fresh veranda, perfect location, 10 steps from the beach, 5 minutes from the town centre.

Spacious house with a large veranda - very comfortable. Lovely children's pool nearby (there are 3 small slides and hydromassages). Excellent restaurant near the reception, which also prepares any take-away dishes.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. The food served in the restaurant at breakfast was delicious. The pool was peaceful and clean with plenty of sun beds and a jacuzzi. All I all, I would thoroughly recommend it.
