You're truly in the desert. Also, taking an open-air shower with the moon is so cool 😄. The stuff is incredibly hospitable and they will be with you every single time whenever you need them. Mr Salim and his brother Yasir specifically are gentlemen who will always smile ☺️. The people who operate & execute this experience are actually bedouins. Truly wonderful people!!! Special mention to the amazing food that was served. Homely cooked meals met with amazing level of hospitality. I had the best Mishkak here at Moon Light Luxury Camp.

Our stay at the authentic Bedouin Omani desert camp was truly unforgettable. The sunrise drive across the dunes was breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the desert & fun music! The evening was filled with joy & some dancing! The traditional meals were a culinary delight, providing an authentic taste of Omani cuisine. Camel riding was a unique experience, and meeting a baby camel was a charming highlight. Our guide, Saeed, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, ensuring our experience was both educational and enjoyable. The camp’s commitment to providing an authentic Bedouin experience, from the traditional accommodations to the cultural activities, made our stay truly special.

The luxury tent has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The camp was nicely located in the dunes, there were some other camps nearby, but not close enough to notice them without walking some distance. The facilities were amazing, tents were simple, yet well equipped and the little private bathrooms (including showers) were just perfect. Sunset camel ride was brilliant and definitely worth doing. Both the dinner and breakfast were well prepared with a large variety of food, we were very impressed by the quality and quantity of the dinner and breakfasts.

With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. The luxury tent features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. Great location, service, food, transport to camp. This is how you do the business! Owner and other employees were kind, helpful and told us about omani culture and history. Tents were really comfy, bedsheets clean and the second smaller tent with bathroom was as well really well equipped. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Very nice accommodation in the desert, which is a great departure from the classic hotel accommodation. If you have the nature to do without the usual hotel room environment, you will be thrilled. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful.
