Mauri and his wife Mimi were unbelievably helpful and kind. There was a national train/bus strike when we were there and Mauri drove into Venice town just to pick us up when he knew we were there! So accommodating…my kids didn’t want to leave!

The camping was fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really kind and helpful and the camping was in a beautiful foresty area. They also have common kitchen and fridge, and you can borrow utilities from their market, and what’s also great, you can buy your bus tickets to Venice as well. We could also use the pool which was amazing!! :)

Everything was just perfect. Clean and comfy trailer, with all comforts you can expect of it. I've seen the new facilities for the small and cosy camping that's there as well and was impressed. Free washing, clean toilets and showers, ... Location was great: supermarket nearby, walking distance from restaurant, lagune and beach. Boat rentals and taxi to Venice and to other islands nearby. Owners have plant nursery so domain just looks splendid. Only thing that's even better is the friendly owners: they genuinly care about your comfort, give tips and tricks for daytrips, restaurants, ... and all just out of goodness and not to get some extra revenue. I've been in a lot of places, but I'll come back for sure.

The rooms were very clean and very nicely constructed, with a big surface. Bigger than hotel rooms. There is a direct shuttle from the camping to the Island of Venice. Breakfast was poor, is not worth 8 euro - better get a cafe and a pastry/ pizza slice in Venice for this money. The shuttle is cheap - 2.5 Euros pro person - which is great. They also have a great market on the camping side. They could have had better heat and more hot water in the room, but overall, for 50 Euros a night, this location is a keeper! Great job!

The campsite had a lovely feel to it, everything was close together i.e.. the reception, shop and the restaurant...nice and compact. Reasonably priced food in the shop and restaurant, beautiful pools and everything was very clean and tidy. Staff on the whole were friendly and professional, especially Martina!

The ideea of this camping was very nice. We had restaurant and market in our camp site. The houses were nice and cozy. BUT it was very cold in the room in the nights and the heating system (it was an air conditioner) could not face the cold.
