The location is superb, with easy access to everything – just a few minutes' walk to the main attractions in Asakusa. They also offer the great service of allowing guests to store luggage after check-out and use the common areas to charge phones. The staff are exceptional – always friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist. A special shout-out to Mr. Tatsu, who went above and beyond to help me (my apologies if I misspelled the name). Thanks to his support, I was able to manage my luggage and send it via Yamato. Truly outstanding service! I would definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo.

This 2-star capsule hotel offers free WiFi. Kifune Shrine is 3.5 km from the capsule hotel and Showa no Kurashi Museum is 4 km away. Nothing really to complain about given the excellent location, with a 10 minute JR train access to Shinagawa Station, and the facilities including the free soda and the ice cream machine was amazing. The staff were always hospitable.

The staff is really nice, the bathrooms are clean and very spatious and the surrounding area gives you a really good first insight into Tokyo's amazing mix between busy urban streets and quiet low-scale urban neighbourhoods.

Free internet access is available, and guests can also read Japanese manga or soak in the public bath on site, all of which are provided for free. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Tokyo, and I'm looking forward to staying again in the future. Everything was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and the place was very comfy. This hotel made me feel at home and safe even when I was so far away and traveling solo for the first time. It's about 6 minutes walking from Shinbashi station. The capsule floor was very hot on the first week and very cold on the second, but ask the staff nicely and they can change the temperature for you, just remember to tell them which floor you're in as temperature is different in each. The staff changed the temperature and gave me an additional blanket. 🫶🏻 Pillow was a bit too hard and thick but that's my personal preference. There's restrooms on each floor, these are separated in cubicles in a big area, there's like 8. Outside the restroom, you'll find an area for you to do your hair and makeup. There are also hair straighteners and curlers. The showers are in a shared space where the artificial hotspring is, but there's also one with a curtain if you need more privacy. The hotspring is amazing and they're okay with tattoos which is a plus! In the bath area, you'll also find hair and skin products for you to use for free, as well as other products like cotton swabs, hair combs, ties, etc. There are also face steamers and massage chairs. Overall, this hotel has a wonderful vibe, and it made me feel very feminine! You'll find more freebies in the lounge area such as rice, miso soup, sodas, coffee, ice cream, and you get curry for breakfast. All free of charge. And you can make friends there!
