I highly recommend Kildonan Lodge for its warm hospitality (especially at reception!), stylish rooms, and spotless cleanliness. The Georgian charm and quiet atmosphere made my stay relaxing, while the location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Great value for money—would definitely return!

Beautiful accommodation, everything was high quality. Excellent communication with hosts. Hot tub was lovely and very relaxing. Very comfortable bed.

We were in the waterside pod. As such, it was small, but perfectly adequate for our short stay. Had all we needed for a quick sleep by the airport. We left our bags at the airport overnight to give us more room. The pod was just as advertised, good value for money and a short taxi ride to the airport. The walk from the car park to the reception is only about 5 minutes, and the pod and cafe were close. The food in the cafe was terrific. Great spot for relatively inexpensive overnight in Edinburgh.

Location was good for what I needed. Comfortable living space with everything I needed like an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There's space to park a car or two.

The Lodge rooms have beautiful views across the golf course to the Firth of Forth. The staff were kind and attentive. For non- golfers, there are nearby beaches and nature reserves. For birders, it is a short distance to the Scottish Seabird center in North Berwick for boat trips to Bass Rock.
