Location was perfect next to shops ,the views from the backdoor seating area were stunning also views at the front .The lodge was clean and tidy ,comfortable beds everything needed was there ,they had a great information book packed with loads came in handy .large shower loved,There was plenty of storage space for clothes

The host was very welcoming and warm, he couldn't do enough for the guests. The breakfasts were a real treat with local produce cooked perfectly and served quickly. The location was ideal in the centre of grasmere with plenty of local restaurants and bars and lots of interesting walks near by

We wanted somewhere for an easy one night stay that we didn't need to take everything, including the kitchen sink with us. This was great for the two of us and our little dog. Towels and bedding provided. The sofa turns into the bed and I have to say because it solid it was one of the comfiest we've slept on. Had a beautiful outlook and the goats were soooo cute as was the little pony. Thanks for a great stay!

The owners were extremely friendly made us feel welcome. The country location is beautiful . Close to the Lakes District ,close to a lovely country pub where we enjoyed a meal.

Absolutely stunning lodge! The decor, the space and the facilities are to a very high standard! Cozy, inviting, spacious and modern. Views from the lodge are amazing! The lodge is situated currently with 3 other lodges, very far apart, so we loved the privacy and had no concerns with our young children playing outside. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, extremely high winds and rain but it meant we made the most of the lodge. The lodge was equipped with everything needed for our short break. Added equipment like the iron, iron board, hoover, brush and shovel, hand wash and lotion is a great touch! Will definitely book again for a longer stay. Thank you for our stay.
