A short walk from Rome Termini, this hotel is surprisingly modern, particularly in a building that from the outside appears worn and dated. The bed was incredibly comfortable with great water pressure in the shower, a powerful air conditioner perfect for relief from the heat of Rome in the middle of summer. The free amenities available in the reception are also a nice touch The staff were also incredibly friendly, funny and helpful - it really added to the stay!

If you're looking for a place in Rome for around €100, this is a great option! Many places are easily accessible by bus or subway. The apartment is very clean, and many items are new. The landlord responds quickly and never disturbs us. One small suggestion: I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies when I wanted to tidy up, so it would be helpful if the landlord could provide a set and leave it on the balcony.

Quiet place, lots of requests from the stuff can be answerd,discret place and owners, restaurants, and really good ones down the street. subway down the street. airport 5 minuts away, busses in all direction, malls a buss station away, cinecitta 10 minutes away. really great nights to spend at the property. Tabaco shop down the street. Lime, uber etc etc green area.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing, everything was new after renovation. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, and the beds were new and comfortable. The host even gave us a bottle of wine, water, cookies, and a small surprise for the kids. Getting to the city center by bus was no problem at all. For getting by bus, I recommend app the Probus Roma, and for buying tickets, use TicketAppy. I highly recommend this place — we will definitely come back. Thank you!

I was a little scared because of the number of reviews. I am a person who only chooses accommodation with at least 100 reviews. I made an exception for this accommodation and it definitely paid off. Everything is extremely accessible, the apartment is a few minutes from the metro in a nice neighborhood, the apartment is absolutely great, with a relatively spacious kitchen, air conditioning in every room, a large balcony, smart blinds, and everything was just a very pleasant surprise. I know that this place is suspiciously cheap and has too many good reviews, but if you ever fly to Rome and this apartment is still available, don't hesitate and book it as soon as possible!
