(This is not a classic accommodation and is therefore exactly the right place for people looking for authenticity) I gained great experiences here and learned a lot about life and nature in Sri Lanka. there is a lot to improve. From the moment we arrived at the property, we felt welcomed and at home. With panoramic mountain and garden views from the terrace and spacious common areas, it’s a serene retreat only about a 15–20 minute walk from Kandy’s city center and major attractions. Our communication with the Punya was excellent and she helped as arrange scooter rental and catered to every need we had! One of the true highlights of our stay was Ravi, the most incredibly warm, kind-hearted, and attentive host—and an exceptional chef. From the moment we arrived, Ravi went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, treating us not just as guests, but as family! It’s rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into their work—Ravi truly is the soul of this villa! During our month-long journey across Sri Lanka, we stayed in many places—but No63 Amy’s Villa in Kandy was by far the best accommodation of them all! Can’t recommend it enough!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The villa is dreamy, with breathtaking peaceful surroundings, clean and the owners cannot do enough to make sure you have the best say. Firstly we were collected as our Uber driver got lost, then the owners organised dinner both evenings, took us to the elephant sanctuary and arranged a drive to our next destination. It was a trip we will never forget
