I was in Sri Lanka for 47 days and this was our last accommodation. Without a doubt it was the best of all. Incredible the cleanliness and the modernity of the facilities I felt at home. You have an apartment for yourself with kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, it's perfect! Thanks to the family in charge for everything and I hope you can continue with this since it is very pleasant to find these experiences and the breakfast is also 10/10. It may be a little far from Negombo but with pick me a tuk tuk makes everything easier.

The place is absolutely great. Fantastic location, spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything very clean and nicely decorated. Exactly as described. The owner is very nice and helpful and breakfasts are very tasty. They adjust the breakfast time to the preferences of the guest. Definitely the best place I stayed in while in Sri Lanka.

Amazing host, you can feel very safe & under special care. Free of charge pick up from airport and drop off to the airport is provided which makes this property more attractive for those staying few hours (in my case 14 hours) to have a late night or early morning flights from Colombo (Air Arabia, Qatar Airways, etc.). 5 mins away from airport by car. Welcome drink (dark beer) was provided. Food is cheap, you can order for lunch or dinner. They will wake up you for dinner & for your flight drop off as well. Chalets are very comfortable, with AC and all mandatory amenities. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location next to a river with lots of wildlife around. Beautiful grounds to walk alround with lots of interesting statues etc .Lovely clean pool and great food. The owners were friendly and helpful. Pool surrounded by coconut trees and you can watch as the fearless coconut man climbs a tree and shimmies across the ropes from one tree to another placing pots to collect the toddy. We were given drinks to try .. delicious the food was good too especially the coconut honey . Great place to relax away from everything . The cabin was huge with seating area inside and outside to watch the squirrels running around .

Incredibly attentive staff. We had swim after dark and they brought drinks to us poolside. Our son was to tired to wait for dinner so they set it up at our room instead. Thank you for the special & beautiful memories

We came as a couple and we had a wonderful stay at Sunshine guest house. Few steps away from the beach, very clean, adorable owners, peaceful nights and a shared kitchen which made us save money, instead of going to restaurant every time. I warmly recommend this place.
