Beautiful accommodation, which has been finished to a very high standard. Super comfortable beds so had a fabulous sleep. Great setting with excellent facilities. Breakfast was superb. Loved the whole experience. We were looked after so well.

Great place to stay! We have booked the superior chalet for four people and it was absolutely amazing, would recommend it to everyone. The town of Monnickendam is charming, it's close to equally beautiful Volendam and Marken which are worth the visit. You can easily park your car near the chalet, the neighborhood is calm with typical Duch atmosphere. The easiest way to get to Amsterdam is by bus, which goes like 10 minutes to Amsterdam North station. The chalet it self is cozy, clean and you have there everything you could possibly need for your stay. Thank you family Van Duuren, we will come back!:)

Hotel was just a 20 min walk and 3 min ferry ride (free) away from the city centre, extremely convenient! The hotel was also very clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were all extremely nice and were ready to help us with any issues we faced. Highly recommended place to stay in Amsterdam!

The park is stunning, with a lovely little playground at the water's edge. Despite some traffic noise from the nearby main road, the park setting feels close to nature - lots of birdsong abounds! The lodge is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There isn't much in the way of shops and cafés in the immediate surroundings, but Vathorst train station with direct trains to various towns and cities is just a short walk away.

The boat house was exactly as shown in the photo and much nicer and very clean. The mattresses were nice and firm. Beautiful spot for relaxing and enjoying boat ride to the nearest lake. Robert was very responsive to any queries that we had. We were sorry that our stay was very short here, and we will definitely come back here if we come back to Netherland again. The host, Liz, was very friendly and helpful. Liz helped us arrange to breakfast which was superb. The lodge is in a secluded part of the garden which offers plenty of privacy.
