Chalet Maria Interlaken is a traditional Swiss chalet with a garden, located in the heart of Interlaken. The apartment is only 250 meters away from the nearest train station and other public transport. Marco, the owner of the Apartment was best. He is so helpful and cooperative. We checked in early and we left for the local sightseeing and when we were back all our luggage was already put up in the room which was on the 2nd floor. The facilities and the food stuff available in the apartment was more than expected. The apartment had all the things that is generally available in our own house. Location is also very close to the West station (350m) The view from the balcony was perfect and we could see Mt Jungfraujoch from there.

We originally planned to eat out each night and only use the kitchen for making breakfast, but the kitchen and dining area were so comfortable that we decided to stay in 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Barbara and Jorg were wonderful hosts.

The place was clean, well decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook meals comfortably. The view from the balcony is amazing and perfect for winding down with a cup of tea after a day of hiking. The location is great, just a short bus ride to Interlaken or a short walk to catch the cable car to the Niederhorn. The hosts were excellent and Rolf was quick to answer our questions and make us feel really welcome and showed us a lot of kindness. Definitely recommend staying here!
