The courteous staff. Smooth check in. We'll appointed and clean rooms. Good food. The recently opened Indian restaurant Kaansa is excellent too. Again, very friendly & courteous staff and delicious food. Loved the innovative round of "starter" dishes and various "chutnies" accompanying them that came with compliments of the hotel before the main course was served.
