There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. I’ll write this in English such that everyone could possibly get my opinion. This place is surprisingly good, it has a great location Goryu Escal plaza within walkable distance (appr. 6mins). And Goryu is the only one resort which has the night operation hours, so take advantage of that. Plenty of food options near the lodge. I was traveling alone and I had my good dining every night, get some local foods and beers what a great combination! Speaking of combo, this place has two Onsen (Hot tub) one private with little of extra charge and one public. It’s just a wonderful thing to do after days and days of skiing or snowboarding. For those who didn’t drive you should be fine as said this place has great location so you will be able to get back in multiple ways. Akira, the owner of this lodge and a skater from Tokyo, was being super helpful and informative to every of his guests, his crew members were very friendly it’s just a home place to stay at. They pick you up and drop you off at the nearest bus/train stop. They provide traffic information, map handouts, and discount tickets. Thanks to this place gave me the most impressive experience during my first visit in Japan. Arigato！

At the chalet complex, some units have a private entrance, dining area, fireplace and dishwasher. Some accommodation includes a terrace and a seating area with flat-screen TV, as well as air conditioning and heating. At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities. Plenty of space and very comfortable for bigger groups or families. Concierge team started a whatsapp chat group a day prior to check in and were responsive throughout our stay with any questions we had.

Situated in Myoko, 31 km from Zenkoji Temple and 33 km from Nagano Station, Pension Moomin Papa features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a shared lounge. The accommodation has a spa bath. When I arrived at Moomin Papa I immediatly felt home. The place is located in a little Onsen town full of chalets and covered in snow, it’s litterally like in a fairytale. I had a dorm but since the place wasn’t busy I had a room to myself. The room was super cozy and really warm, so really confortable. Contacting the host was super easy through the app, they are quickly replying and are making sure everything is allright, all the time. The onsen was a big plus, I really enjoy relaxing in it after a long day skiing. Also, the breakfast was amazing and when I told them I was vegetarian they adjust the menu for me. I really enjoyed my stay, Moomin and Papa are lovely people. I would come back anytime.

Offering ski-to-door access and ski storage space, Belle Vue Nishiura is located in Minami Uonuma in the Niigata Region, a 3-minute walk from Ishiuchi-Maruyama Ski Resort. The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. Wonderful place. Would recommend to solo-travelers, families or groups of friends. Location is within walking distance to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. The owner Satoshi-san and all staff are extremely kind and helpful. Provided a free shuttle to the station when returning home. Excellent prices of rental gear, much lower than the ski resorts. Great gear as well. Absolutely perfect.

Villa Orange Cabin is set in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, 5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 7.4 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 28 km from Mount Fuji. This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We are happy and satisfied with this villa. Everything is perfect, the house is so clean and beautiful. All the kitchenware are well prepared. We manage to cook our breakfast and dinner in the house. The view from the house are great, mt fuji just infront of us. The tatami is comfortable. We are enjoy and happy with our 2 nights stay.

A beautiful, clean, and cozy place. Convenient location right next to the ski lift. The hotel owner is an incredible woman—she helped with any questions and even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. The food was delicious.
