Clean, comfortable, good location

Fit for purposes. Clean and just fine for an overnight stay. The hostess was very friendly and easy to contact.

“A perfect stay!” The house looked exactly like the photos — maybe even better. Everything was spotless (I’ve never felt this confident about a place being so clean before), thoughtfully arranged, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was peaceful yet very convenient for getting around. One of the biggest advantages was definitely the parking spot. We had no issues with parking. There was always space available on the street, and even if there wasn’t, there’s a public parking lot just a two-minute walk away, which made our stay much easier. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The house had been recently decorated in a modern style, and everything was brand new. The balcony with a sea view was absolutely stunning — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. We stayed in the house as three people — it’s quite spacious and would easily accommodate a group of four. Our host Katarina was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She welcomed us with lovely little gifts and surprises, which added such a warm and personal touch to our stay. She was attentive and helpful, always responding to our questions very quickly and sincerely. She supported us in every way — recommending places to visit, beaches to go to, and restaurants to try. She even made a restaurant reservation for us. She’s truly a wonderful person, and we’re so glad we got to know her. I would absolutely recommend this place for both short and long stays. We truly felt at home. We travel to Chios often, and from now on, every time we come, we’ll definitely stay at Katarina’s house — we won’t even need to look for another place. Huge thanks to Katarina — We really wish we could’ve stayed longer, but next time for sure 🫶🏻 We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The house is very clean. The location is very good. You can find everything in the house. We like the house.
