Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back! Great place to visit for stunning scenery and historic sites. Plenty to see. Easy to get there from Abu. AlAin is good for a lot of things (almost any....except tourism🤣) I mean generally I went to explore & I got that done. Al'Ain has beauty in the emarati culture embeded within, the mosques, the deserts, the monuments, beauty of the palms in the farms/sand, and the sweetest hearts living there💕. This is my second trip to this hotel, this time two of their pools were under maintenance so only one small pool was available. otherwise the stay was good. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean and big enough. The hotel is on the outskirts of Al Ain, you need a taxi to get into town. The pool and garden area is spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of sun loungers and it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much.
