The service was beyond excellent! I must say our stay was memorable because of Mr Karim! We were invited by my nephew and niece to spend the New Years weekend with them at the Rove Hotel in Dubai. We have never been there , and decided to booked in 2 days before the time, waiting for them to come from their holiday in India. We were totally surprised by the hotel. It is very child friendly and great attention was given to the interior to make everyone at home, from a toddler to the grannies 👵. The rooms are not big, but it is comfortable and why would you sit the entire day in the room if the hotel is adjacent to an outlet mall and Legoland Theme Park? We loved it so much, that we are already planning when to go back.
