We are extremely satisfied with everything at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We arrived very late at night, and the main receptionist was waiting for us at the front desk to check us in – we were truly impressed by his hospitality. The next morning, we struggled to wake up after a short night, but to our surprise, they had prepared a separate breakfast for us, without us even asking. They also helped us with car rental, which made everything even more convenient. It’s rare to experience such a high level of care and service. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Brand new hotel where we felt really good and cozy- felt like 5* hotel :) Host Blerta was really nice and helpful- from recommending a great restaurant and inviting us for ice-cream after check-in to arranging breakfast in the next door café! Overall great experience and great hosts.

The owner of the hotel was very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with him about Albania and my home country. He also helped us find a parking spot near the hotel. The hotel itself was super clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the city. I highly recommend it to everyone! :)

The hotel room was super clean and very comfortable, it felt quite luxurious. The hotel owner was really friendly and helped us with parking, restaurant recommendations and any other question we had. The hotel's location is very central, we had a beautiful view on the Skanderbey statue and it's less than 10min to the bazaar and castle. The breakfast was very delicious and there were many options to choose from. We can definitely recommend this hotel to others!

    Kruje is charming and small.

    Kruje is charming and small. You don't need more than half a day to walk through bazaar and explore the castle views and museums. You could stay longer if you are planning to do hikes in the area which we didn't have time for. It is a charming small town with great views and a nice bazaar.

    Krujë is a lovely spot with both cultural and visual appeal.

    Krujë is a lovely spot with both cultural and visual appeal. One day is sufficient to see what there is to experience. I stayed an extra day because I had work to do online. Be warned, this is a mountain down so you will be doing a lot of up and downhill walking. Reconsider if you have mobility issues.

    Lovely and clean place.

    Lovely and clean place. Though quite small, there's plenty to explore - picturesque Bazaar under the castle with loads of lovely souvenirs where everyone is sure to find something to their taste and budget. Pretty restaurants and places of accommodation. Small shops but well stocked with things you might need. Shop owners and people working in restaurants speak decent English and the menus are available in both Albanian and English. The grounds of Krujë Castle don't seem to be large but there's a lot to explore and admire. You can walk among the romantic ruins, relax and enjoy the vista. If you venture out in the countryside, you can walk in olive groves among grazing sheep, goats and cows and if you are lucky, you can meet a local riding a donkey. If you love hiking, there's Krujë mountain. The best thing about Krujë is undoubtedly its location with stunning views - and that was what we loved the most about the place!

    I love the peaceful layout of the castle area and recommend the Ethnographic museum showing the way people lived from medieval times. The hiking trail up Kruje mountain was steep but there was a good zigzag track, and spectacular views. There is an interesting site at the top with lighted caves and a shrine to a Bektashi hero. This can also be reached by car along the mountain road. I liked to eat at the Horizont cafe on the mountain road with wonderful views of sunset over the sea.

    Spectacular little town looking over a flat basin between the coast and mountains. Two new and interesting museums in the castle. Great shopping bazaar. Plenty of great restaurants. Worth staying 2 days to explore.

    The history of the area is important for the country. The National Museum is brilliant. The Old Baazar is very interesting and the local restaurants are very inexpensive. The food is very high quality.

    Hotel Panorama is a big and beautiful hotel in a great location in Kruje. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was big and with a jacuzzi. The view from our room, facing the castle was good both at night and during the day. The parking garage is large and can accommodate a lot of cars without a problem. The terrace, with the pool, is nice and we enjoyed a good outdoor drink at night from the bar. The price for what we got was extremely good.

    location is great, fabulous views directly opposite the museum , the last part of the path is not accessible by car and the cobble stones are a bit slippery BUT well worth the effort ! Hotel is fairly new, rooms are large ,spotlessly clean, bed really comfy , all good. Terrace for breakfast with great view, breakfast was good . Manager very helpful and efficient shops ,restaurants all within minute walk .

    The view was amazing, the location was in the castle of Kruje, near the bazar, with a place where you can park, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. Allonzo was our waiter, 14 years old, speaking very good english, he is nephew of the owner and he work in his vacation! Big terraces, with big views, it worth to go to that road!

    A cozy hotel with a good location. Quite far from the city center, on a side street, isolated from the noise of the main streets, but access may be a challenge for less experienced drivers. Friendly service and private parking are available. Beautiful views of the valley from the window.

    The location is close to Karuje, no much of option to eat at night. The hotel is brand new (2 months) and the restaurant is still not active. The staff was very helpful and even offered us a place to visit.
