We wanted to visit Butrint and were lucky to find Villa 5 in Mursi which is only 15min drive away, including the ferry crossing. It is in a semi-rural setting next to the lake. The beautiful, modern, very spacious apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has a balcony looking across the lake. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, there was water and fruit in the fridge on our arrival. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Albania. We ate at the local bar/restaurant called Todi and had delicious fish.

In a quieter area but close to restaurants and one of the beaches is only 2 min walk away. Brand new hotel. Everything very clean and well kept. Very nice breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Pool big enough to do some lengths from 10-19:00.

Our stay in Ksamil could not have been in a better place. The hotel opened 2 weeks prior to our arrival but everything was perfectly set up for our stay to go perfectly. The rooms, installations, breakfast, pool, parking. Nothing to complain about! To top it off the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Igli, Aldo and the entire Noa Boutique team!! Property is family owned and it works seamlessly. Great value for money, especially taking in account the location and their pool. We lived staying here for 5 nights, as it gave us the possibility to discover all spots in Ksamil, the beaches, restaurants and cafes, as well as when it was too hot for the beach, or wanted to have a more chill moment, we used the pool as almost the only guests. Breakfast was very good, done on the spot, and it worked really well. Parking right in front of the property, and in general, great service and polite folk. Would definitively come back.
