I absolutely loved staying here!The room was extremely cute, comfortable, spacious and had an amazing view. The hotels restaurant was also a highlight and I really enjoyed chatting to the staff. Thank you for having me, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others to do so!

The location was great as very convenient to explore the Old Town by foot. Very close to the Old Bazaar’s lively area, but far enough not to get the noise. There was parking. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. The room had a small fridge. There was a pool, which was very nice in the hot summer. The staff were all really kind and friendly. Special mention to the lovely Shqiponjë, who really made us all feel really welcome and went the extra mile to help us with whatever we needed.

Beautiful building 200 years old, dating back to the Ottoman era. Its a family-run hotel and the hosts are simply wonderful—warm, kind, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to help their guests with everything, and you can really feel that it comes from the heart. The rooms are spotless, smell amazing, and the bathrooms are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and well-prepared. I also want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Julie. She was professional, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference. Very lovely and quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. If you travel by car and plan to visit Gjirokaster, then it is a great place to stay. Gjirokaster is full of tourists and busy, so you can relax and enjoy some peace in Bujtina Sophie. You can visit historical and amazing church next door, take some great walks and enjoy good food. I really loved baked cheese with figs and pistachios. Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and room was clean. It is a great place to stay to take some time off and just enjoy the peace.

The host and his family were very very kind to us and went to great lengths to make it us comfortable. They were flexible with our eating hours and checking out. It was so nice to see them work together as a family. Also, the place is a bit remote but that’s why we loved it so much. You really feel like you are in a small local village. We went on a hike one day just next to the accommodation. It’s very special to be able to walk in nature with literally nobody else. We would highly recommend this place!!
