The hotel is very nice and from the entrance we were welcomed by the reception staff; all of them are so kind and profesional. Our flight was early in the morning and we arrived very tired at 8.30; Until the room was ready for check-in, the receptionist invited us to have breakfast and to relax from 10 o'clock at the Spa. The room is large, very clean, with balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast and we ate at the hotel's restaurant every day; great food, very kind staff. From the reception we got all the information about trips, taxi, bus, where we can spend our time. Grade 10!!!

My stay at Vila Jasmine was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home.
