A very nice place by the river, beautiful territory, a fountain, very clean rooms , very delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Clean room, enough space and you have all the necessary facilities. They offer free transfer to the city center, you are very close but still have a nature to enjoy. They allowed us to stay with a small dog for extra price.

It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.

A cozy room with air conditioning, just like in the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good! Honey cake ❤️😍🤌 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. The airport transfer was also fine, I arrived late at night, and they were waiting for me at the airport with a sign. Thank you for a peaceful stay! I definitely recommend this place.

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. It’s so central so very easy to reach all the local attractions. On our were greeted by most welcoming Samson. He was so helpful and very polite. Our check in process was very straight forward. Rooms are very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The purpose of our visit was a special birthday celebration and Samson , Avet and Marek could not be more helpful. An extremely nice and modern hotel. Good location, close to both the city center and the airport. The entrance is easy to find. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and when at some point the Wi-Fi was not working they fixed it soon. The room was spacious and clean, with all the appliances in good condition. I also liked the design and the green / brown colors of the interior. A very important thing for us was that the mattress was comfortable enough. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!
