We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. Literally everything was exceptional!!! The facilities, the stuff, the breakfast, the location and most of all the cleanness of the room and of the bathroom!!! I would definitely go back there and would suggest it to my friends!!! Bravo

The room was nicely decorated with antique furniture, the bed was very comfortable and since the room was facing the internal courtyard, it was very quiet. The bathroom was super clean. The breakfast and hospitality from the owner are outstanding.

Everything one would expect from a decent hotel - all the little extra touches, super clean and a great location (opposite my favourite cafe, Aregak, and the fab Azlamazyan Sisters Gallery). I loved Gyumri and hope to return - if I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Two mini suggestions - some hangers in the wardrobe please, and a full length mirror.
