The building is well planned and built, and very clean. The staff is polite and helpful, though not everybody is fluent with English. There are great hiking areas nearby, with churches and birds, and the climate is much cooler in the summer than Yerevan and its surroundings. And not too many tourists - a great place for summer holiday. The city is very actively polishing itself. This may become a major attraction in 10 years. Go now before the masses find it!

The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

Amazing hotel and holidays! The hotel is big, with big hall and territory. I was staying in a single room and it was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast and dinner are extremely delicious! Location was perfect, 10min walk to ropeway(Ski Resort). There's a nice local restaurant (Gon) opposite the hotel. Our room had a balcony with snow view, peaceful surroundings at daytime & evening, Room size was spacious & has sofa. They have basic bathroom amenities & hairdryer you can request @ the reception. They provide drinking water dispenser (hot&cold) in the hallway of every floor, which was convenient for us as you just need to refill your pitcher (no kettle in room). Heater in room is great as it gets very cold in the evening in winter. Breakfast starts at 9am,buffet w/ cold cuts, cheeses, porridge, breads, jams, eggs, sausages,rice,quinoa& coffee. Room price paid was reasonable for a comfy stay. Very helpful & friendly reception lady who responds quickly on watsapp, helped us with all our requests like airport pick up, warming our take away food, helping us w directions, & allowed us to leave our luggage's after check out while we come back for it in the evening. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Keep it up!

Perfect location for a few days away from the city. Very quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful in everything. The rooms were clean, the service was great. I also signed up for a massage, which was very relaxing.
