Everything was great! The staff is helpful and nice, everything was provided and explained thoroughly. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The bar served great drinks. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, we truly can’t find any complaints. A special props goes to the staff, it’s so rare to come across nice, polite and welcoming staff. All in all, 10/10

The view from the balcony is something that I have never seen before, it did not get boring at all. Included breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had, with so many options. Staff were all friendly. Even though I didn’t use the facilities, they had a wellness centre and pool. Room was good size and well provided for.

Apartmenthaus Nr 1 is a great place to stay in Lienz, this has been my 3rd time here and again it's been such a wonderful experience! The staff are really nice, caring and very helpful. The communication has been great, I always feel very welcomed here. I've had an unexpected issue with my bank card this time and am so grateful to Mrs. Jordan for her kind and so quick help with this! The apartment was really nice, modern, very clean and quiet. It was so convenient to have a well equipped little kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, a nice spacious shower, very good Wi-Fi, and the view from the windows was amazing! The location is perfect - just a few minutes away from the train station, all the restaurants and shops, it is an excellent place to stay when travelling to the Dolomites or the nearby cities in Austria or Italy. I loved everything and will definitely be staying here again when I am next time in Lienz!
