Second time here, very friendly staff/owners, plenty of parking space, comfy bed, clean big bathroom with good shower. The view from the room and the terrace is spectacular, with fresh air and plenty of nature around. The breakfast was also great with plenty of choice and with high quality produce.

We had a fantastic stay at this spa hotel. The spa facilities are exceptional, featuring sauna infusion rituals, salt peeling treatments, and various wellness activities. The design of the spa area is stunning, especially the resting areas and the salt pool. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent, with a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Alps and the valley and is located near a forest, which is perfect for short hikes and morning walks. We stayed in a Panorama room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. Highly recommend for a couple getaway!

Staffs were really friendly and nice. Breakfast and Buffet dinner was really good, they also had a late snacks till 5:00 PM whaich was really nice. The Buffet dinner and late evening snacks was for 22 Euros which was really affordble.

Great SPA hotel. Even the hotel was fully booked over the New Year, there were enough places at the SPA (sauna, pool, relaxing rooms). The hotel si new and modern and there is nothing that you could wish more. The breakfast and the salt buffet in the evening were great. The service was great (special thanks to Gratian and Carmen).

The hotel was pristine--super clean. The rooms were large and very comfortably appointed with wonderful balconies and amazing views of the gorgeous surrounding landscape. The breakfast buffet had a nice array of breads, cereals, nuts, jam, scrambled and boiled eggs, plus sliced meats. And the coffee was excellent! Niederau is a small village with several hotels but not much else. It appeared that nearly every hotel has its own restaurant so finding food in town wasn't a problem. We went for the Almatreib in Auffauch which was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. It's a beautiful little town to relax and enjoy the lovely views.

Searched just a place to sleep on my way to Lago do Garda. Due to limited open time of all local hotels I was trying to find some place with self check-in service. This accommodation provides key box but you have to contact reception desk in opening hours to be sure you’ll get the key. Parking for free outside hotel. Breakfast costs 18 € per person, believe me it is worth its price! Very tasty. Rhubarb pie - best in my life. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Hotel's outside and inside seems quite old, but in a very positive way! Furniture is fairly new, rooms are very spacious and clean. The scenery is magnificent and looks a bit from a fairy tale. Price for the room was the most expensive one on our trip, but very competitive compared to other offers in the area.

Very big rooms with a beautiful view on the mountains surrounding the hotel. The building is brand new inside while keeping the charm of the ancient on the outside. Beds are confortable and the breakfast very good. A big plus for the very cute cat of the hotel who will always come hug you!
