Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. The bartenders were very friendly and made sure we had an excellent evening. Our room was specious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our balcony had a great view of the mountain and morning sun. The wellness was good. Lots of different rooms and things in offer.

This was the perfect getaway for a week in the mountains; we loved the close proximity to many of the Achensee attractions (the Erlebnis Card is well worth the money), but it was also easy to spend a day relaxing in the well-appointed spa. What really set this property apart, though, was the fantastic customer service. We received personal support on all of our requests: including adding a few extra touches for a birthday we celebrated while there. And the food each night as part of the half pension (breakfast + dinner) was a highlight we looked forward to each day. If you are visiting this hotel, make sure you choose this half pension rate - it would be hard to summarize well enough how good the food was; suffice it to say that each night provided a different five course fine dining menu - and all directly within the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.

It's our 4th time at the place - but the hotel has been renovated to it's core - the architect with the input from a perfectionist team - has created a combination of functional modern with local most amazing wooden Austrian flair. The boutique hotel is best located - facing a panoramic mountain view or the golf course. The breakfast is high quality with great choices for everyone. The rooms - with very nice balcony - are bigger than before and super comfy and beautiful. The Spa is offering all you need, brand new and very spacious.
