Arrived late so didn't get to look around much, seems like a lovely quite sea side town. Ate at the Indian restaurant near the motel. Food was superb. Had takeaway. Local iga or foodworks store close. Got some essentials Left early in the morning so didn't get a chance to look around. It was a business trip stop over.

A small, picturesque village with a gorgeous river and seaside ambience. The local pub is outstanding and the shows at the picture House Theatre sublime. The River Inn is the heart of Brunswick Heads - we love it!

This small town packs a lot of cool.

This small town packs a lot of cool. It’s a bit like walking into an art deco time warp with a modern twist that includes 21st century coffee, drinks and dining options. It’s super lush too with tropical plants adorning people’s yards. I googled property prices while there and thought about what work I could do were I to move!

    Brunswick Heads is beautiful.

Brunswick Heads is beautiful. Very easy to stroll around the village and meander into all the lovely shops. It has a fantastic array of places to stay and eat to suit all budgets. Torakina beach is a beautiful spot to cool off and swim. Paddle boarding on the river is a must as is hiring a bbq boat for a leisurely day on the water.

Brunswick Heads still has small beach town feel. There is the river, inlet and a beautiful long beach. Eating out Lello's Italian was outstanding, we also ate at the pink lotus great Vietnamese food. Brunswick bakery is also a must. Good shopping with unique womens, surf and homewares.

Walking around the area was great, good beaches and parks to walk around. Camp ground cabins are very well maintained. Good places to eat, an excellent little café just over the walking bridge on the way to the main beach. The main beach can be a bit challenging to swim so you need to be cautious swimming here. Good swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding in the river. Authentic Pub with good meals and music.

What a gem of a find in Brunswick Heads! Walking distance to the village and beach (even for littles) The beach was accessible with a pram and dog friendly too. While there is no food onsite, the nearby restaurants, cafes and IGA were wonderful. With littles, it was worth getting takeaway and taking it back to the communal table at Chalet. Such a brilliant set up, we will definitely be back!

The motel is in a fabulous location in the centre of the village, but only a few minutes walk from the beach. It provides parking, which is otherwise difficult to find in Brunswick Heads. The facilities in the room are modern and good. The price was very reasonable, given all these good things.
