The Pavillion Collection is in an unbeatable location, right on the beach, and our room with a bay view was absolutely stunning. It felt more like a beautifully designed home rather than just a rental. The attention to detail was incredible—gorgeous furniture, carefully curated decor, and even thoughtfully selected books on the shelves. This wasn’t just a generic apartment; it had a real sense of style and personality, as if someone had designed it with love and care. Some standout features were the Terrazzo tables, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the beautiful sliding door between the living room and bedroom, which gave the space an elegant and cozy feel. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time, not just a spot to sleep. While the music from Paradiso downstairs was quite loud, they stopped playing at 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t an issue at all. We are truly grateful to have spent two nights here—a fantastic place and an absolute must-stay! 10/10 or more

    It was useful to have a Coles store near by, ie within...

    It was useful to have a Coles store near by, ie within walking distance. The Woolworths precinct was about 3 kms away. too far, for me to carry shopping. There were the usual MacDonalds & KFC nearby. I was happy to attend the Baptist church which shared the premises with other Christian denominations. The bus service to and from Proserpine was punctual and the drivers were prepared to drive passengers to their destinations. I found the local people very friendly & happy to chat as I passed them on my walks.

    The house is so spacious and centrally located to everything...

    The house is so spacious and centrally located to everything. The beach is just one block away and the playground which the kids love to go. The only con in the house is there are other cars that would park at the side of the house. Sometimes its hard for us to park again in our usual parking area. Have to park at the front.

    Fullly functioning kitchen and all utensils you'd need for cooking, spacious fridge, shower water pressure very satisfactory, clean enough overall. 2 min walk to the bus stop and 15 min journey to Airlie beach town, very comfy beds, great value for money. If you're staying here and booking tours, tell your tour provider to pick you up from the Vinnies bus stop Cannonvale.

We booked this room because as a previous local, I knew the location of the house is central in Cannonvale, a short walking distance to the shopping centre & Cannonvale Beach for a leisurely beach stroll and public transport.
