Great location near the historic towns of Ross and Campbell. Interior of the farmhouse was just lovely. I particularly love the kitchen and dining area. It is so cosy and well thought out. Kitchen was equipped with every utensil and cutlery; fridge was also stocked with some welcomed essentials like bread, milk and water. The bedrooms were also a dream. The duvets and pillows were plush and comfortable. I had such great sleep here.

Great old pub atmosphere. Fantastic new owners and great meals. Inn is aged and in need of updating. Troy and Ann have plans on what they will do. Rooms small but adequate.

Great location, near where I was working. Well insulated cool during the hot day, warm during the cool nights. Love the garden with a lot of fruit trees and birds. Big bathroom with spa was lovely to relax in. Very cosy stay in a unique heritage spot.

I love the location in a very cute small town, very friendly people, super close to other towns for groceries and other things to do. A great stop for a tassie roadtrip. The house was perfect, beautiful kitchen, the coziest lounge area, able to do laundry was a huge bonus. Left us breakfast food was also a bonus (fresh eggs!) We wished we stayed a week here it was that good. The heated blankets under the sheets were also perfection

The church house is unique and feels majestic. Clean, comfortable, enjoyable, and spacious inside. Just seconds away to groceries for our kitchen experience. For quick eats, cafes are just on the other side of the road.

Part of a five-night road trip from Launceston and back in the North East. Ross was our favourite by far. Take your time, history at your fingertips. Early spring was quieter, but they are obviously gearing up for the coming months.

The cottage was very welcoming.

The cottage was very welcoming. It was comfortably furnished and it was great to have the heater going on our arrival. The central location was close to the town but far enough away for country style privacy.

Ross is really beautiful place that's friendly, safe and relaxing to be in. Enough shops and places to see and entertain. It was my second visit. Next day I went to Evandale and realised how more relaxing Ross is. Evandale's main road has big trucks and cars rushing through, the locals have large dogs, two were loose so I didn't feel comfortable walking in the street to see the lovely homes. Some of the homes in Evandale are more grand but Ross is more historic. Dining is much better in Ross than Evandale. The food in Ross is fresh and made by professionals. In Evandale my quiche was microwaved rock hard and eleclair had mock cream as was at least a day old, it was Monday, but if I pay top price for food I expect it fresh.

I was sad (but can understand why) that the pub was closed on a Monday/Tuesday as we would have loved the experience. We loved exploring the wool Museum and seeing more of the history of Ross, the Convict bakery, the bridge and the Female factory history. The whole town is a delight to walk around

very small area for BBQ and kitchen.

very small area for BBQ and kitchen. Only one electric BBQ stove and one small electric frying pan. Dirty environment, just next to laundry room and one wooden outdoor table with stuff on it. Need time to clean up before cooking. Not recommend to cook in this hotel. However not much option for dinner in Ross

Lovely little town.

Lovely little town. Lots of little shops and walks around the town. Sunsets over the bridge and the river are stunning. Locals very friendly. Local Ross Hotel's food was really good. The menu was great.

This little cottage was so cosy. Firebox was exceptional, bedding and linen were gorgeous and the space was tastefully decorated. The bathroom was a dream, kept warm by the heater. Ross as a village was historically beautiful and we took the opportunity to ride the bikes around. The hot tub….what can be said but AWESOME!!! What a treat to stay in this amazing cottage, could have stayed longer, thank you ❤️

Great cozy cottage. Clean and had heaps of complimentary items. There was an outdoor bath, which looked amazing. Being from Queensland and finding 5 degrees a little cool, we didn't use the bath. Cottage is in walking distance to everything in Ross.

We loved everything about this cottage. Walking distance to the main street of Ross and we loved the sheep in the backyard. The cottage was amazing value for money and would stay again definitely.

Great location, clean as a whistle, lovely staff, make sure you read the texts from the host - food and drink is scarce in Ross early in the week.
