The location was very central and convenient to shops, restaurants, and sites. Rafael and his wife were wonderful hosts and helped us feel at home.

A Wonderful Stay in Nakchivan. We were warmly welcomed by lovely hosts upon our arrival. The house was not only charming but also impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat for our stay. The housekeeper is a remarkable woman who greeted us with a delightful assortment of fresh and dried fruits, tea, and sweets, which made us feel instantly at home. She kindly guided us to the local bazaar, where we enjoyed shopping for delicious dried fruits and homemade jams. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, her husband organized a sightseeing tour around Nakchivan and within the city, offering us great value for the fantastic experience. The house itself was exceptionally quiet and pristine—even more beautiful than the photographs suggested. Its location is ideal, as we were able to stroll easily to the city center, immersing ourselves in the local culture and attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Nakchivan!

The hotel is part of a large new shopping centre - with almost no customers - around a large courtyard (with an ATM). The breakfast, which had sufficient choice, was served in one of the restaurants (the Batumi restaurant) in this centre. We stayed 3 nights in room 7 in this new hotel, on the first floor (as all rooms). Good beds, good WiFi and coffee/tea facilities. We seldom had such a large (and high) room, and a large bathroom, as this hotel. The staff, with some persons who spoke English, was very helpful to arrange a taxi for a daytour around the city to the main sights. From the hotel it is a walk of only a few minutes to the fortress and the Mausoleum of Noah. To the Khan palace and surrounding sights it is about a 20 minutes walk. We would certainly stay here again if we ever would come again to this few visited but beautiful and very interesting region.

If you are a budget traveller in Nakhchivan, this is your top option. It is actually really good value for money, the room is big and nice. The breakfast is really generous, too. It is possible to walk to most sights in 15-20 minutes.
