we stayed for 6 nights. it was a an amazing time facilities are good all of the staff were so cooperative. quick response for anything if you ask . i travelled with my 2years old boy for him as well did not face any issue. building is newly made, so neat and clean furniture is well maintained. would love to go again in arium if i visit baku

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Auroom, everything was perfect! The facilities, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel, decor. But most exceptional were the staff, who were so warm and friendly, and made us feel that we had a home away from home. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay, outstanding! The hotel was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly , the room was clean and comfortable and the choice of breakfast was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, this was our third visit to Baku in the last 9 months and this hotel outshone the other ( more expensive ) hotels. We will stay here on our next visit.

I can say that we liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Satisfied with bathroom amenities. We waited for a Swedish table at breakfast, but it didn't happen. breakfast was served to us as a set. It was explained that it was presented in this way due to the small number of guests at the moment. The main thing is that we did not go hungry. The staff was quite accommodating. Would I choose this hotel again? probably yes.
