The hotel is absolutely stunning. I was greeted with an amazing warmth by the lovely receptionist (although I looked absolutely terrible when I popped in first, long flight etc). The architecture of the hotel and the rooms is just incredible and very peculiar. The breakfast buffet had so many great choices and everything was tasty! The bed was incredibly comfortable and (I know it sounds odd, sorry) the soaps smelled sooo good! Swimming pool was lovely, especially because of the city view. And finally brilliant idea having the lights automated and controlled via the website.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing, I couldn't speak Portuguese, but we managed. Excellent breakfast.

Amazing hotel. I loved the art style. Super comfy and very attentive staff. There is a valet for your car which is also amazing. View is great and although it is located in the middle of the city, it is very quiet.

I liked the hospitality and organization, clean, organized room, shower with two water temperatures for bathing. Well, I liked the "late check-out" service present in the hotel.

The location is excelent; you can walk around om any direction and find all sorts of establishments (restaurants, cafés, stores, malls), with the Mercado Central a couple of blocks away, and even the Hard Rock Café is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel looks new, and very nice; it has a restaurant and a bar. The room was neither big nor small, but the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was nice as well. Finally, the staff were great; they were very helpful in helping me find what I needed, not to mention that they let me do a late check-out free of charge because I mistakenly set my alarm clock an hour too late.
