The facility is completely unknown ... even the hotel across the street could barely help me figure out where to go and what to do in terms of check-in. I would suggest you give the directions to people well in advance and explain how the very impersonal check-in works. The message I received in my phone was unworkable without wi-fi and still very unclear with wi-fi. I wasted over 90 minutes from arrival by van in Bissone to arrival in our room ... driving around aimlessly, looking for a sign of the property, asking many people who knew nothing, etc. Once everything was clear and we wee settled, dinner took a long walk to get to, but that was worth it.
