The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. First of all the owners of the hotel are so kind and very helpful. Although the hotel is not a 5 star hotel the service is excellent. The hotel is normally a kind of traditional building so you can feel the warmness on the soul. It was a great chance to enjoy the view of Brienze lake every morning and evening. The breakfast especially the coffee served in the breakfast is wonderfull. The owners clean the rooms everyday. Therefore there is no hesitation on hygine. The location is perfect 3 minutes to the station. We didnot need to drive for 5 days and went everywhere by public transportation.
