-Very helpful, amazing staff. -hotel is child friendly. Our son enjoyed the new toys especially the train tracks. -rooms have been renovated quite recently and look great. -The view from the hotel is absolutely astonishing -very close to Mürren BLM station -food in the restaurant is really delicious

We had a nice balcony overlooking the town with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The cable car to Murren runs right beside the hotel. Walking distance to a grocery store, bus station, and bank. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on the premises.

Our room was in the attic with a forest view from the bedroom and a town view from our little deck, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The spa and sauna was very special too.The breakfast was magnificent. The shuttle collected us from the train, which was handy as the hotel is at the top of town.

Of a two week trip throughout Europe this hotel was by far our favorite. The views/location was breathtaking, the room (Duplex) was clean, comfortable and luxurious in size, and the staff was kind and helpful at every turn. The spa area was freely accessible (for the most part) and so very welcome after long days of hiking.

This hotel is outstanding. My wife and I booked a stay here without knowing that it was their first week reopened after a remodel. Everything in the room and all amenities were brand new and top quality. We were upgraded to a mountain view room, which was exceptional. Wengen is a stunning mountain town, and this hotel is warm, relaxing, and the staff took extra care to be hospitable and accommodating. They offered to drive us anywhere and picked us up from the train station, which was nice not to pull our luggage through the snow. Additionally, my wife has some sensitivity to smells that can trigger her migraines and this hotel was fragrance free which we always appreciate when traveling. We ate at the restaurant, which has an expansive menu to fit many dietary needs and was much better than the other restaurant we went to in town.

    Kleine Scheidegg is just a marvelous place with fantastic views. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and they give you a lot of food (I would actually skip lunch for a light snack, as I had trouble finishing dinner one night) Facilities are clean, and service is amazing. You get towels, shampoo and body wash at the showers, and comfortable beds.

    the location is amazing. if you're into hiking, the hiking spots are just in front of the hotel. I did some hiking around at night and saw breathtaking views of Grindelwald! also the staff is very helpful and friendly.
