This was the best 5-star hotel we stayed in and not because of amenities but overall thought that the hotel team had put in the customer experience. Eric at front desk made us so very welcome, I think he is a trainee but did a fabulous job of checking us in. I would say one of the best exp we ever had. Multiple times (including post checkout), we were provided chocolates, muffins and water - all complimentary. They let us extend our checkout without any hassle, in fact kept our luggage post checkout when we had to pick up the car rental. It does not take money to give experiences to the customers, that is what I learnt from this team.

The hotel is modern and chic. Wow factor the moment we stepped into the lobby and continue to amaze us as we check in. Bathroom was huge and clean, coffee machine in the room was provided. Bed was big and comfortable. Balcony was bigger than most hotels! Highly recommend

The location is perfect. The lady was very helpful i needed a kettle and a crib for my 6 month they brought us right away and my little one loved to play in it. The bed and the pillows were very comfy!! Kitchen was very much well equiped with quality stuff however no oven . overall we had a very good experince with the place i would definitly stay there again

My friend and I love our stay at the hotel. The hotel located a top of a hill so we enjoyed the landscape view for the lake of Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was with lake view, the sun rise and sun set was breathtaking from our room. Amazing delicious breakfast. From the hotel there is a funicular that gets you straight to town. Friendly, helpful and always smiling staff :)))

    we came a bit early in the hotel, so they stored our suitcases and we went in the town for a visit. So that's a plus and great service. Then a very nice woman received us with open arms and showed us to our room, witch they prepared early for us, it was only 11.00. the normal check in was 14.00. The breakfast was very yummy an large with al te food you can imagine. We traveled from Belgium to Italy and needed a stop in between. So if you need a hotel in Zwitserland for travel or pitstop, this is the one. A special thanks to Petra.

    This is a really charming 4th generation family run hotel. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that this was an extremely well run establishment. Smiling friendly staff who could not do enough. The rooms are comfortable. The homemade Bircher muesli is worth making a trip for itself. Thanks for a really nice stay

    The location was great for the money, right by Malters station, only 10 min train from Lucern. Staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. If you like to save money for little to no hassle, this is a great place to stay.
