We had a late check in, so we had to do a self check in in this case, which was super simple as we got clear instructions. The room was super clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

The rooms are very spacious, the lounge area is fantastic, staff are lovely and the accommodated me for vegan options for dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It's absolutely beautiful

Fantastic everything. Location is very easy to get to. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Close to Locarno, but still a quiet location. Convenient parking (if by car) and 5 minutes from train. Perfect!

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland.     very easy to access, adequate car parking, big garden area around the building, beautiful two cats, very modern interior with all needed amenities. specially the beds have very good mattresses which support your back. very nice balcony to sit and relax. 2 minutes from Migro/ Coop and Pharmacy. 5 minutes from Tenero train station
