We payed for the breakfast and instead of staying at the Alpine Inn Annex, they upgraded us to the main Jungfrau Hotel. We are so grateful because the walk from the train station would have been a lot more every day to the Annex. The staff is very nice, the breakfast was delicious! The room had excellent heating and AMAZING comfortable beds. We got ENGAGED in Switzerland during this trip! It was our first time in Europe. Having such a nice hotel during this moment, made it such an AMAZING experience! Thank you!

Location is fantastic. You don't need to set up alarm clock,because the sheep grassing around and their bells will do it for you. It's above the city,beautiful view on the mountains. Evening reception lady was very nice,we had a nice chat. Hotel is very nice ,clean,it's has its charm. Room wasn't very big but offers everything you need for one or more nights to stay. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh,yummy, coffee exceptional. We strongly recommend this hotel if you're in the area and you don't want to stay in the middle of the busy and hustling area of the Interlaken. We will definitely stay there again !

This place felt like a home! All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially as I was on my own they made me feel extra looked after. The restaurant staff especially were extremely friendly and i felt like i knew them after only the two nights staying here. The room was the perfect size for what i needed. The old chalet felt very traditional and added to the charm of the place. The location was exactly what i was looking for- somewhere quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. It was easy to get anywhere i wanted as it was only a short walk to either a bus or the train station. The restaurant/bistro on site was so good i chose to eat there both nights instead of going into interlaken for dinner. My stay here has really made me want to return to the Jungfrau region and when i do, i will certainly be staying here again.

Perfect stay! Amazing location with fantastic views. Very quiet little town, perfect for sleeping. A bigger town, Interlaken, is only 5 minutes by car with tons of attractions, shops and restaurants. There's a small shopping mall on the way there which is even closer, as well as a couple of local small supermarkets that have everything one might need. It's also very easy to commute to any farther points of interest (e.g. Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald) either via car or railway. The owner is super friendly and the apartment has virtually anything you might need, including all the kitchen utensils and pots etc. for cooking and even a washing machine. Everything is even better than in the pictures :)
